DEPA Commercial is a modern and competitive company that has made a significant contribution to the development of the Greek economy since its establishment in 1988. It leads in green entrepreneurship, designing and implementing innovative practices for environmental protection, which can also serve as a growth driver for the Greek economy. DEPA is the main importer of pipeline natural gas and LNG in Greece, with 30 years of commercial activity in the Greek market.

Clavenia is a subsidiary of the AroundTown SA group. AroundTown SA is a publicly listed real estate company registered in Luxembourg. It invests in commercial and residential properties in central locations in European cities, mainly in Germany and the Netherlands. It was founded in 2004 and listed on the Euronext stock exchange in mid-2015. By 2019, it had become the largest publicly listed real estate company in Germany.

Eusif is a subsidiary of SIREC ENERGY, an independent private equity firm based in Athens. 

Volton Hellenic Energy S.A. is a subsidiary of the AKTOR Group and operates in the retail energy market, in the sectors of electricity and natural gas.
